Yes, Verizon sent me a nice email saying I’m eligible to upgrade to a new phone. I have the iPhone 4s and don’t see the need to upgrade to the iPhone 5s. I mean what will it do that my 4s won’t do? I’m not the kind of guy that needs to look cool with a new phone, so…what’s the point. I will be out of contract and continue to use my 4s for awhile but I will drop the insurance. For all 4 iPhones I pay $20 per month. If one breaks now I give them mine and upgrade to the 5s.

My buddy a couple years ago bought an iPhone 4. Then I went and got one a few month later and they had just released the 4s, so he had to have one. Then a few month later came out with the 5. So of course his wife and himself had to buy one of those at over $500 each. I was like, why? I think they use it as a status symbol or something, it’s actually funny. “Hey look I have the iPhone 5” So it really was poetic justice when the 5s came out. LOL

I don’t know what is the best, iPhones or Androids, or whatever. I’m about ready to go back to a basic phone with no text or internet. Sometimes I think I’m ignoring people and they’re ignoring me because of phones. Everyone is always talking, looking at, or playing on their phones. Put the phones down and pay attention to each other.
