COLUMBIA, S.C. — The South Carolina Senate voted Monday to remove the Confederate battle flag from the grounds of the State House. The bipartisan proposal, which emerged after last month’s massacre at a historic black church in Charleston, was approved by a 37-to-3 vote in the Republican-controlled Senate.
There is another state I promise never to visit again and give $1 of my money to. I need to see what companies operate out of South Carolina and boycott them as well. It’s just the principle of the issue.
