Awesome documentary on the “Trials of Andersonville”. After the civil war and the liberation on the Andersonville Prison the southern guards have to stand trail in a military tribunal. Watch the movie, it’s a great history lesson. It’s one I hope we never repeat!

Andersonville Prison is in southern Georgia and is definitely worth a visit. Spend a couple of days as see the museum and burial grounds.

I watch “Django” expecting something different than what it actually was. I’m not real sure of what I expected but after hearing Jamie Fox with his racial slurs about how much fun it was to kill white people.  It wasn’t a bad movie but at the same time I would not recommend anyone else watching it. It was very corny, but had a bunch of predictable action.

Again I would watch this again nor recommend the movie. My opinion is not worth much sometimes.

The movie, “The Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford”, took me a few years to actually watch. Seeing that there were some good actors in the movie I decided to watch one evening.

It’s not that is was a bad movie but it’s not one I’d watch again. Slow in most parts but probably accurate of the times of “Jesse James”.  It told the story of “Jesse James” from the point of one of the last train robberies to the end of his life. I’ve heard since I was a kid about Jesse James and always got the idea he was some type of hero. I knew otherwise the after watching the movie realized he was a thief and murderer who really doesn’t deserve and recognition.

The movie is worth a watch ONCE, but never a second time.

What an enjoyable find. I thought the title was stupid, but I read the reviews and saw that it was sci-fi movie, so I thought what the heck.

I laughed more during this movies that any other in years. In some ways I saw myself and my friends in this movie. Silly and stupid in parts but it never failed to get me laughing. Two British comic-book geeks who are here for Comic-Con, and traveling across the U.S. encounter an alien outside Area 51. From that point you start to realize he (Paul) is the reason for most of our Aliens in films.

Just my opinion but I thought it one of the best movies I’ve seen in years!

What can you say bad about the “Harry Potter” series. Kids and adults both love the series of Harry Potter. You really see the kids grow up to young adults and follow them on so amazing adventures.

We spent a long weekend watching them all! The entire family enjoyed watching them all at once. I personally don’t know of to many people who have never seen them.

Well I can’t say it’s a movie review because I couldn’t make it through the entire movie. I made it about 3/4 of the way and just couldn’t take the stupid humor anymore.

Maybe it’s funny to 4th graders but I really couldn’t find any humor or terror in the movie at all. I could have would have finished the movies if it would have had any good nudity, but it had NOTHING.

I want the hour of my life back!

One of the Marx brothers best movies in my opinion. Listen close for all the snappy one liners this movie has.

Nazi war criminals who are searching for a fortune in stolen art treasures believed to be hidden somewhere in the Hotel Casablanca. They want control of the hotel by killing of the hotel managers, hoping to get appointed the job themselves. But sadly it was giving to Groucho… along with his cast of brothers Harpo and Chico.  Who foil the plans of the criminals with comedy.

If you have never seen this movie it’s a great Saturday afternoon flick!

Truthfully I wasn’t expecting much out of this movie. But I have to say if you like action this is a good movie. All through the movie I had flashbacks of “Die Hard”, how that it was action from beginning to end. This movie would be an updated version of those. You have a single hero who saves the entire country or world.  Definitely worth a watch and all-in-all a very good movie in my opinion.

Dredd, 2012, was a violent,sci-fi, in a futuristic city where the police have the authority to act as judge, jury and executioner, a cop teams with a hot (Rachel Wood) trainee to take down a gang that deals.

The story line was not the best but if you’re wanting to watch an action packed movie from start to finish it’s a perfect movie. It seemed like there was no more than 2 minutes of  calm in the entire movie.

The barbarian sets off to get his revenge against the evil warlord who killed his father!  It follows the story line of the 1982 movie, “Conan the Barbarian” with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The 2011 movie is a lot better than the original. Conan was played by a much better actor and the sets were more realistic.

It would have been Awesome is Arnold could/would have made some type of quest appearance.

I’m sort of sad I waited a couple of years to watch it. LOL Great action movie!
