These are my Scotch Bonnet Jamaican Hot Red Peppers than I'm attempting to grow and then eat. The Scotch Bonnet Jamaican Hot Red is getting VERY HOT. It's about as HOT if not equal to the famous Habanero Pepper but some say with better flavor.
I really don't know how any of the peppers will turn out but I'll post updates here...

My challenge in growing all the peppers is to attempt to eat a Scotch Bonnet Jamaican Hot Red, and a Habanero. Not plain but in a sauce. We'll see won't we. I'm growing the peppers from seed so follow along and watch them grow - mature - eaten
