These are my Thai Hot Peppers than I'm attempting to grow and then eat. This is at the top of the HOT scale before you get into the ghost peppers range. It is still suppose to be a very flavorful taste but with a good deal of heat. This is what most of the Thai restaurants serve when you ask for the hot dishes..
I really don't know how any of the peppers will turn out but I'll post updates here...

I'm actually looking forward to growing the Thai Pepper as well. I love hot spice oriental foods and I've heard some great things about this one. It still suppose to be smokin' ass hot but good. I'm growing the peppers from seed so follow along and watch them grow - mature - eaten
